- Adapted lightweight steel structure and optimized RF-shielding
- Innovative dome-shaped roof design
- Ingenious hybrid absorber lining with Frankosorb®
- Outstanding performance with long-lasting Frankosorb® non-combustible absorbers
- Useable for automotive and military standard tests
Absorbers
- Frankosorb® optimized hybrid absorber lining with Ferrite F006, H600 and H1000
- High-performance nano thin-film technology with proven long-term stability
- Available material classifications: non-combustible acc. to DIN EN 13501-1 class A2 – s1 d0
All-round feed-through RFI trap
Our Chamber is equipped with an RFI trap of 560 x 360 mm in size, with one half inside and the other half outside the chamber/room. Filled with copper granulates it is possible to feed all kinds of shielded cables into the chamber/room without an interface e.g. a connecter in between. This provides our clients with peace of mind, allowing them to route cables of any type through the RFI without concern over degradation of the chamber's shielding effectiveness or any inaccuracies introduced into the tests.
Compliance with CISPR 25 Standard for Automotive Testing
Our SAC Plus L is equipped with special absorbers which allow performing full-compliance test of CISPR 25. The integration of a CISPR-25 wooden test table (OF 500Kg load capacity) streamlines the tests. A “F contact strip” integrated in the wall will insure table’s grounding to the shielding of the anechoic chamber. These features make our SAC a perfect fit for our clients to perform Automotive EMC tests.
EMI Receiver
Our EMI receivers are engineered with superior RF performance, encompassing a broad dynamic range and exceptional accuracy, making them ideal for swift and reliable certification assessments. These receivers comply with rigorous standards, including CISPR, EN, MIL STD-461, DO 160, and FCC, ensuring they meet the highest industry requirements. They are equipped with an FFT-based time domain scan feature that accelerates the measurement process. Additionally, an optional wideband extension allows for an FFT bandwidth up to 970 MHz, capable of simultaneously measuring CISPR bands C and D. This expansive bandwidth is processed in real-time, maintaining accuracy even when CISPR detectors are active.
Key Features
- Frequency band from 1 Hz to 44 GHz.
- Conforms to standards such as CISPR 16-1-1, ANSI C63.2, MIL STD 461, and FCC.
- Unmatched dynamic range and precision.
- Extremely fast measurement via FFT-based time domain scanning.
- Real-time spectrogram functionality, supporting bandwidths up to 970 MHz.
