Automotive EMC Testing Services

Automotive and Battery Testing Services

Ensuring compliance with ECE Regulation 10 (R10), CISPR 12, and CISPR 25 is essential for automotive electronics and vehicle manufacturers. Stancer Testing-Lab, provides a comprehensive range of automotive EMC testing services, utilizing a brand-new dome-shaped spacious EMC chamber designed for testing small to medium-sized vehicles. Every test is conducted with precision, delivering accurate and reliable results to meet regulatory requirements.

Comprehensive Automotive EMC Testing Services

Radiated Emissions Testing

Testing for narrowband and broadband radiated emissions is performed to verify compliance with CISPR 12 and ECE Regulation 10 (R10). Our advanced testing equipment provides highly accurate results in under 10 seconds, ensuring a seamless and efficient compliance process without delays.

Radiated Immunity Testing

To assess the resilience of automotive electronic components, we perform radiated immunity testing at levels up to 30 V/m from 20MHz to 2GHz. This ensures compliance with CISPR 12 and ECE Regulation 10 (R10) and guarantees that electronic systems remain functional in environments with electromagnetic interference.

Conducted Emissions Testing

Electrical noise and disturbances traveling through power lines can lead to compatibility issues. Conducted emissions testing helps identify and mitigate these risks, ensuring compliance with CISPR 12 and ECE Regulation 10 (R10) and maintaining system integrity. At our facility, testing is performed with precision to prevent interference-related failures.

Harmonics and Flicker Testing

Our harmonics and flicker testing evaluates power stability in automotive electrical systems. Testing up to 32A, we ensure compliance with automotive power quality standards, helping to maintain system reliability under real-world conditions.

Surge and Burst Testing

At Stancer Testing Lab, we perform surge and burst testing to assess vehicle and component resilience against power surges and electrical transients. This testing helps to identify potential vulnerabilities and ensure long-term durability under varying electrical conditions.

Automotive Transient Testing

Vehicles frequently experience electrical disturbances, making transient testing essential for Electronic Subassemblies (ESA). At our testing laboratory, a full set of automotive transient pulse generators (Pulse 1, 2a, 3a, 3b, and 4) is utilized to verify compliance with CISPR 25 and other EMC standards.

Collaborative Test Planning

Each automotive system has unique testing requirements, making a tailored approach essential. At Stancer Testing Lab, our experts develop customized test plans to meet CISPR 25, CISPR 12, and ECE R10 compliance standards. By working directly with clients, we ensure all necessary tests are conducted efficiently, optimizing the process and minimizing delays for seamless regulatory approval.

ISO 17025 Accredited Automotive EMC Testing Lab
