Reliable Solutions for EMC Compliance
Stancer Testing-Lab specializes in validating Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) test sites, ensuring your Open Area Test Sites (OATS), Semi-Anechoic Chambers (SAC), and Fully Anechoic Chambers (FAC) meet ANSI/CISPR standards for radiated emission testing. Our advanced facilities and expert team deliver precise results, enabling regulatory compliance and confidence in your testing environment.
Normalized Site Attenuation (NSA)
NSA validation ensures your OATS or SAC performs reliably from 30 MHz to 1 GHz. By meeting the requirements of ANSI C63.4-2021 and CISPR 16-1-4:2023, NSA validation confirms your test site produces accurate, consistent measurements. This is critical for regulatory compliance in industries like automotive, telecommunications, and consumer electronics, ensuring your radiated emission data is trustworthy for product certification.
Site Voltage Standing Wave Ratio (sVSWR)
sVSWR validation is vital for high-frequency testing in SAC and FAC from 1 GHz to 18 GHz (extendable to 40 GHz). By complying with ANSI C63.25.1-2018, ANSI C63.25.2-2015, and CISPR 16-1-4:2023, sVSWR validation ensures uniform fields for the Equipment Under Test (EUT). This reliability is crucial for accurate measurements in applications like 5G, IoT, and aerospace, supporting compliance with modern wireless standards.
Why Choose Stancer Testing-Lab
Standards Compliance: We adhere to ANSI C63.4-2021, ANSI C63.25.1-2018, ANSI C63.25.2-2015, CISPR 16-1-4:2023, CISPR 16-2-3:2020, and ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for globally recognized results.
Advanced Equipment: Our lab includes CISPR 16-1-1-compliant EMI receivers, spectrum analyzers, vector network analyzers, and RF signal generators, covering 9 kHz to 40 GHz.
Calibrated Antennas: We use biconical (30–200 MHz), log-periodic (200–1000 MHz), bi-log (30–1000 MHz), and horn antennas (1–40 GHz), all with traceable calibration data.
Commitment to Precision
Our processes align with ISO/IEC 17025:2017, with equipment calibrated annually and traceable to NIST/INMS. We provide detailed uncertainty budgets covering antenna factors, cable losses, and environmental variables. Our team, trained in ANSI/CISPR methodologies, maintains expertise through ongoing qualifications and inter-laboratory validations.
