At Stancer Testing-Lab, we provide advanced modeling and simulation services covering the full spectrum of electromagnetic phenomena from large-scale, low-frequency to high frequency EMC problems. Our expertise is grounded in deep academic knowledge and hands-on industry experience, supported by state-of-the-art software tools and high-performance computational infrastructure.
On the low-frequency side, we model and analyze complex, large-scale electromagnetic problems such as grounding systems, AC interference, and geomagnetically induced currents (GIC). These studies typically involve multi-layer soil models, long-distance conductors and coupling mechanisms, and requires computational packages tailored to these types of problems. We perform accurate time- and frequency-domain simulations to evaluate worst-case operating scenarios and design optimal mitigation strategies.
At mid- and high-frequencies, we simulate EMC interference issues, radiated and conducted coupling mechanisms, shielding effectiveness, cable harness susceptibility, and PCB-level electromagnetic performance. Our capabilities include full-wave 3D EM solvers (FEM/FDTD/MoM), hybrid techniques for electrically large structures, and co-simulation with circuit and system-level models. We routinely support antenna modelling (including near-field and far-field performance), wireless coverage analysis, and performance optimization of IoT, automotive and RF devices.
With strong in-house expertise in both theoretical and computational electromagnetics, Stancer supports the full engineering cycle from concept and feasibility analysis to design optimization and validation. Our simulations are performed using validated models and calibrated to experimental results obtained in our ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory, ensuring that results are physically meaningful and actionable.
